Although Nevada gaming regulators say they will continue to evaluate private equity investment into the state's casino businesses "one case at a time", a recent decision by the Nevada Gaming Commission makes it clear that regulators are prepared to look favourably on such investment, and give a light touch to the licensing of such investors.
