Two US congressional bills, Barney Frank’s Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act and the so-called Wexler bill on skill gaming, currently represent the best hope for poker and skill gaming to re-enter the United States market, but according to one renowned US tax lawyer they will require substantial revisions to be workable.
