Representatives from America’s major casino corporations are expected to descend on the Massachusetts state house in Boston today for the state’s first debate on governor Deval Patrick’s scheme to license casino resorts in the state but a number of operators are also pushing ahead with their own alternative plans should the governor’s fail to make progress.
