At a seminar addressing Internet freedom and the United States’ ban on online gambling one of Harvard’s University’s best-known law professors slammed the US land-based casino industry, accusing it of setting out to criminalize its online competition. Charles Nesson also predicted that the new Massachusetts casino bill should become online poker’s next battleground.
