Operators seeking to be involved in the tender for the renewal of the lucrative Turkish monopoly sports betting licence have been encouraged by new draft legislation that puts the process on track. However, the good news has been offset by suggestions that, in the meantime, the incumbent monopoly may see its tenure extended again.
