Germany’s Federal Court of Justice has dismissed a motion by Bwin.com to delay the enforcement of an unfair competition suit brought by Westlotto in a Cologne court. Whilst Bwin has warned investors it faces the possibility of heavy fines if Westlotto does choose to enforce the judgment ahead of a final ruling in the Federal Court, the Austrian-based company claims it has no intention of closing its flagship website to German customers.
