A report from the Canadian Gaming Association (CGA) suggests that gambling has become the biggest entertainment industry in the country and alongside this growth is what the CGA claims is the best problem gambling provision in the world. Nevertheless the industry association remains guarded over the prospects of future liberalisation, particularly for private operators.
