The process surrounding the tender for the new Superenalotto contract, awarded to SISAL in January this year, has been dogged by controversy from the outset. Legal wranglings related to the bid now look to be further extended as rival operator SNAI, suspecting dirty tricks, has mounted two challenges at the Rome administrative courts, against both the gaming authority and the government itself.
