Leisure & Gaming has performed a cull of punti remoti outlets in its Italian sports-betting operation and has seen revenues fall as a consequence. But despite also announcing stalled takeover discussions, chief executive Henry Birch remains upbeat about the newly streamlined shops-to-online operation.
