Delaware Betting Bill Approved By House

The State of Delaware has made progress towards passing a sports betting bill under the exemption granted it through a quirk of federal law. However in deference to the outgoing governor the implementation of the bill has been put back to 2009, giving plenty of time for hostile lobbyists to do their worst.
