A Paris court has rejected claims from French football club Paris Saint Germain that three betting websites – Bwin, Sportingbet and Unibet – have exploited the club’s trademark for their own commercial gain. The decision draws into question earlier verdicts in similar cases brought by the organizer of the French Open tennis tournament and Italian club Juventus, according to legal observers.
