Macau junket aggregator A-Max has reported a sharp fall in monthly rolling-chip volume, a headline indicator of gaming volumes, for the month of June. The decline has been blamed on the new visa restrictions introduced in June by the authorities on the Chinese mainland, and on increased competition over commission rates ahead of the proposed commission caps by the Macau government.
