Politicians in Buenos Aires have amended an anti-smoking bill to prohibit smoking throughout the province’s bingo halls and casinos. The measure is likely to have a negative impact on Codere, whose interim results showed yesterday that the company also faces impending smoking restrictions in its other principal market of Mexico.
