OPAP, the Greek monopoly operator and Europe's largest gaming firm, has
confirmed its plans to bid for Turkey's national lottery Milli Piyango
in a joint venture with Turkish business groups. The announcement
followed the publication of full bid details from last week’s sport’s
lottery tender.
