A Hard Rock hotel and casino is to be built at the Kansas City NASCAR track after developers were awarded a casino management contract by Kansas gaming regulators last week. Kansas Speedway won out over two rival bidders after the field was narrowed to three upon the withdrawals of Las Vegas Sands and Penn National Gaming.
