In Italy two recent court decisions have provoked licensed operators in the newly regulated betting sector to demand that the country’s gaming authority AAMS get its house in order to address ongoing legal doubts surrounding ‘Punti Remoti’ and CTD outlets, with the authority being accused of poor management of challenges presented by bookmaker Stanley International.
