The Kahnawake Gaming Commission yesterday announced that the initial findings of an audit it has been conducting of its licensee UltimateBet warranted the imposition of substantial fines and sanctions against the company. The regulator added that it plans to assist in the prosecution of Russ Hamilton, the principal beneficiary of a $60m insider betting scam.
