The inaugural Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Expo kicked off yesterday in Sofia with a candid speech from Mr Dimitar Terziev, Chairman of the Bulgarian State Commission on Gambling, in which he anticipated changes to the current regulatory framework that would bring the country into conformity with European law.
