Microgaming Joins US Poker Exodus After Kentucky Enforcement Actions

Casino and poker software supplier Microgaming has admitted that many of its larger US-facing operators are considering exiting the US altogether after the company last week instigated a policy of refusing new registrants from the US on any of its licensees’ sites. The move follows legal uncertainty generated by state enforcement actions against online gambling websites in Kentucky.
