Gaming regulators in New Jersey last week imposed a record $160,000 fine on Bally’s Atlantic City after the casino allowed a 20-year-old gambler to stack up considerable wins on gaming tables in early 2006. The news comes as latest figures show Atlantic City casino revenues continuing to slide.
