The outcome of the run-off in Georgia’s senate race, which denied the Democrats a landmark 60-seat majority in the Senate, is set to have important consequences in Indian Country as the Employee Free Choice Act comes up for consideration.  At stake is the future of union representation throughout the United States’s tribal casinos.
