The president of a leading amusement industry association has implored the Department of Culture, Media and Sport to double maximum stake and prize limits for gaming machines at seaside arcades, while accusing regulatory changes brought about by the 2005 Gambling Act of ‘distorting’ the UK’s gaming market.
