An expanded gambling bill authorising the installation of video lottery terminals (VLTs) at Kentucky’s licensed racetracks has been filed in the state’s legislature while internet gambling operators celebrate a favourable outcome in their appeal against last year’s court decision relating to the Kentucky Governor's office's decision to seize their domain names under existing state gambling statutes.
