Ahead of the unveiling today of Barney Frank’s latest effort to regulate internet gambling in the US, Nevada-based casino giant Harrah’s Entertainment, which owns the World Series of Poker, is ramping up its Washington lobbying in a bid to legalise online card games and break into a lucrative new market.
