The Appeal Court has thrown out an appeal from claimants Ladbrokes, William Hill and British Afternoon Greyhounds Services (BAGS) against the verdict reached in the High Court last year that found that Amalgamated Racing (Amrac), the owner of Turf TV, had not acted in an anti-competitive nature over the media rights to UK racing.
