Stanley’s victory in its latest court case in Italy, this time at the Consiglio di Stato civil high court at the end of October, has handed the bookmaker a remarkable full house of rulings at both national and European level, seeming to leave the Italian government with no other option than to broker a deal with the controversial operator.
