Las Vegas Sands (LVS) has successfully followed the lead of Wynn Macau in floating a slice of its Macau subsidiary on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, but the owner of the world’s largest casino resort raised less than had been hoped when the process was first set in train late last month.
