The infighting between the stakeholders of Gala Coral is set to last into the New Year as reports emerged that one of the company’s private equity owners is now looking to join with rival private equity firm Blackstone in its attempt to derail the plans of the mezzanine debt holders looking to swap £540m of debt in exchange for a half stake in the firm.
