While New Jersey's Atlantic City casinos remain in the grip of a severe revenue decline, State Senator Lesniak introduced a legislative proposal to authorize Atlantic City casinos to operate Internet gambling. The City Council also announced that it would not re-visit the full smoking ban proposal until the end of 2011.
