The status of online gambling in Poland is currently subject to debate, with some analysts predicting Poland will soon move towards a regulated, licensed and taxed online gambling environment. A new draft gambling law has been recently published by the Polish Ministry of Finance which, if enacted, will substantially amend the current legislative framework.
