Gambling Act 2005 - CAP and BCAP Gambling Advertising Rules Published March 13th 2005

The Committee on Advertising Practice (CAP) and the Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) have today published new rules relating to the advertising of gambling which will go into effect on September 1st 2007, on the same day that the Gambling Act 2005 goes into effect, part 16 of which extends and regulates the rights of the gambling industry to advertise its services in the UK.
