Gambling Act 2005 - Summary of the Draft Mandatory and Default Conditions Regulations 2007

On February 1st 2007, draft regulations were approved by the Minister of State, Department of Culture, Media and Sport and laid before Parliament for approval, which set out the mandatory and default conditions which will attach to all premises licences granted by local licensing authorities to gambling operations under the 2005 Gambling Act.
