The Gambling Act 2005 requires individuals working for or responsible for certain executive responsibilities on behalf of operating licence holders to apply for a Personal Management Licence. Holders of operating licences are regulated by and subject to the provisions of the Act, and should be aware of the sanctions to which they are subject in connection with their PML.
